Refund and return policy

At Chimp x Herbs, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your product, we offer a money-back guarantee under the following terms:

Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you are eligible for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the process, please contact us at chimpxherbs@gmail.com and return the item to our address at your own cost.

Returns

We provide a full refund for any product returned to us within 7 days of purchase, in compliance with Indian Consumer Protection laws. To qualify for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging intact. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for gift cards.

To process your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please notify us within 7 days of purchase, explaining your reason for the return. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will proceed with the refund once we receive the returned item. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used. Please note, refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items that are not in their original condition

  • Items with missing parts or that are damaged for reasons not due to our error

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing may take some time.

  3. Reach out to your bank, as there could be a delay before the refund is posted.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the return, we will mail a gift certificate to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if it was sent to the purchaser first, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser.

Shipping

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₹1000, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Cancelling Subscription Orders
